Side effects most commonly reported: headache, flushing, and indigestion.
There may be visual disturbances, dizziness, and nasal congestion. Diarrhoea, vomiting, swelling of the eyelids, pain and redness of the eyes, nose bleeding, muscle pain, back pain, skin rashes, urinary-tract infection, temporally loss of consciousness, cerebrovascular bleeding, and transient ischaemic attack. Prolonged erection has also occurred. Reports of serious cardiovascular events, including sudden cardiac death, have been reported, hence all patients of hyper tension are warned not to use this drug.
* Only one tablet in a period of 24hrs. No Alcohol!
*Use 30 minutes to 1 hour before sexual intercourse.
